Day 01 : Arrive Delhi
Today on your arrival at Delhi airport, Welcome Journeys representative shall meet you and assist you to the hotel with the check-in formalities. Today your evening is free at leisure to explore the city on your own. Overnight stay is at hotel in Delhi.

Day 02 : Delhi Sightseeing

Today after having breakfast in hotel enjoy a full day guided tour of Old and New Delhi. Delhi, the capital city of India comprises of conspicuously contrasting Old Delhi and New Delhi. New Delhi is the imperial city created as India's capital by the British, intricately planned and comprises of imposing buildings displaying various modern style of architecture. Old Delhi was the capital of Muslim India between the 12th and 19th centuries and one can find mosques, monuments and forts related to Muslim history. Start your New Delhi sightseeing with the visit to Humayun's Tomb - believed to have been designed in 1565 AD by the widow of Mughal emperor Himayun, after nine years of his death. Qutub Minar - built in 1193 by Qutab-ud-din Aibak, immediately after the defeat of Delhi's last Hindu kingdom, a drive along the ceremonial avenue - Rajpath, Parliament House, past the imposing India Gate, the President's house and which would end with a drive through the Diplomatic Enclave. Later enjoy Old Delhi Sightseeing which includes visit to Jama Masjid - the largest mosque in India, with a courtyard capable of holding 25,000 devotees and Raj Ghat - the cremation ground of the father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi. Overnight stay is in Delhi.

Day 03 : Delhi - Leh ( By Flight)
Today morning after having breakfast in hotel, transfer to Delhi airport to board the flight towards Leh. On arrival at Leh airport, our company representative shall meet you at the airport and escort you to hotel. Complete day for the acclimatization, which is 3500 Mtrs above sea level. Evening is free to enjoy a leisure walk around Leh bazaar. Overnight stay is in Leh.

Day 04 : Leh – Excursion to Hemis (45 kms / 01 hr one side)

Today early morning after breakfast drive towards Hemis, one of the most famous and largest of all monasteries in Ladakh founded in 17th century belongs to the Drukpa order. Hemis is a town in india situated in southeast of Leh in Ladakh, best known to tourists for the colorful festival and also well known for the Hemis monastery . Stagsang Raschegn who was invited to Ladakh by King Singee Namgyal founded the monastery. Hemis Tsche (festival) assemble annually from 9th to 11th day of the 5th Tibetan month. This festival is dedicated to Lord Padmasambhava (Guru Rimpoche) venerated as the Dance Performance at Hemis Monastery representative reincarnate of Buddha. It is also believed that his life mission was, and remains, to improve the spiritual condition of all living beings. Its resident Lamas perform sacred masked dances leading to the destruction of the sacrificial offerings. Masks worn by the Lamas represent various guardian divinities of the Drugpa order, of which Hemis is the leading establishment in region. The Hemis festival takes place in the rectangular courtyard in front of the main door of the monastery. The space is wide and open save two raised square platforms, three feet high with a sacred pole in the center. Afternoon drive back to Leh and later enjoy short drive to Saboo which is famous for the Oracles. Evening is free at leisure. Overnight stay is in Leh.

Day 05 : Leh - Hemis - Shey – Thiksey
Today morning after breakfastin hotel, again drive towards Hemis to enjoy the second day festival at the monastery. Later in afternoon drive towards Thiksey gompa, is a Tibetan Buddhist monastery of the Yellow Hat situated on the top of the hill. It is noted for its resemblance to the Potala Palace in Lhasa, Tibet and is the largest gompa in central Ladakh. On the way back to Leh visit Shey Palace which was constructed by the first king of Ladakh, Lhachen Palgyigon. Around 12 feet Shakyamuni Buddha's statue made by cooper guilt is the largest in the region. Later In evening drive back to Leh. Overnight stay is in Leh.

Day 06 : Leh - Khardongla Top – Nubra Valley (120 kms / 05 hrs)

Today morning after breakfast drive towards Nubra Valley, passing through villages which lead to reach Khardongla pass, the world’s highest motorable road at about 5600 Mtrs above the sea level. Also find the amazing bridge laid on the Glacier, which finds its way in Guiness book of world records. Later in afternoon take a short drive to Panamic which is famous for hot sulphur springs. Evening is free at leisure. Overnight stay is in Nubra Valley.

Day 07 : Nubra Valley

Today morning after breakfast enjoy the sightseeing tour of Nubra Valley. Visit Sumur monastery which is a 265 years old monastery, Diskit monastery famous for its 500 years old Buddhist monastery situated on the hill top. Later take a short drive to Hunder, the home to the Chamba gompha and one of rare places on earth having splendid beauty of a desert having two humped bactrian camels , sand dunes, rolling mountains and snow peaks all at one place. Evening is free at leisure. Overnight stay is in Nubra Valley.

Day 08 : Nubra Valley – Leh (120 kms / 3 ½ hrs)

Today morning after breakfast drive back to Leh. On arrival at Leh, straight transfer to your hotel. Today your afternoon and evening is free at leisure to explore the unending beauty on your own. Overnight stay is in Leh.

Day 09 : Leh - Dah Hanu - Uletokpo
Today morning after early breakfast in hotel, proceed towards Khaltsi which is about 03 hours drive. The area along the Indus between Khaltse and the  Shayok Indus confluence, live people known as Drokhpa belongs to the purest of Purefrom Aryan race. They are tall, handsome and hospitable. They are believed to have migrated to this area around 1000 year ago from central Asia. They are culturally distinct from the rest of the Ladakh. The greatest attraction in this area are the villages of Biama and Dah. The special interest of this region is Drokhpa inhabitants than the landscapes, their features are pure Indo Aryan preserving their racial purity down the centuries. Later in afternoon visit Dah to see the Aryan village and spend some good time with the inhabitants of this region. Later in evening after sightseeing drive back to camp. Overnight stay is in camp.

Day 10 : Uletekpo - Lamayuru - Uletekpo

Today morning after having breakfast drive towards Lamayuru. The view on the way to Lamayuru is the most spectacular view known as Moon Land. Visit here will give you the history of the making of Yungdrung monastery. Visit the temple here constructed in eleventh century by the great translator Rinchen Zangpo. Visit the monastery and enjoy the festival, which is celebrated for two days but the first day is the most interesting and enjoyable. Later in evening drive back to the Uletokpo. Overnight stay is in Uletekpo.

Day 11 : Uletekpo - Alchi - Likir – Leh

Today morning after breakfast take a short drive towards Alchi monastery, which is the only monastery in the Ladakh on flat ground. Largest and most famous of all of them temple and built by the particularly Kashmir influences. Later continue your drive towards Likir monastery which belongs to the Gelukspa Order. This monastery was founded in 1065 AD by Lama Duwang Chosje during the reign of king Lhachen Gylapo. Later drive back to Leh which is approx. 53 Kms far. On arrival at Leh, transfer to your pre-booked hotel. Evening is free to relax. Overnight stay is in Leh.

Day 12 : Leh - Delhi (Flight)

Today morning after breakfast, transfer on time to the airport to board the flight towards Delhi. On arrival at Delhi airport our company representative shall meet you and assist you to the hotel. Evening is free to enjoy at local markets.

Day 13 : Delhi Depart

Today morning after breakfast transfer to the Delhi airport to board the flight for onward journey or back home
