Day 01 : Arrive Delhi
Upon your arrival at Delhi international airport, our company representative will meet you. Later he will escort you to the hotel for assistance with the check in formalities and handover all your travel documents. Welcome to India, or as we say ‘Atithi Devo Bhava’ (the guest is an incarnation of God). We thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you! Delhi - the capital city of India, located in the northern part of India. The city has its own historical importance for the fact that it has been the home to Mughal Empire for a long time. It is particularly famous for its monuments and its sprawling markets which attracts a large number of tourist towards it. Overnight stay is in Delhi.

Day 02 : Delhi Sightseeing

Morning after a relaxed breakfast, head for the full day guided sightseeing tour of the capital city of India – Delhi. Start your guided city tour with the NewDelhi sightseeing with includes visit to Humayun's Tomb - one of the earliest extant examples of the garden tomb characteristic of Mughal-era architecture in India. The tomb was built by his senior widow Bega Begam in 1565 A.D., nine years after the death of Humayun. Next visit Qutub Minar - built in 1193 by Qutab-ud-din Aibak immediately after the defeat of Delhi's last Hindu kingdom, a drive along the ceremonial avenue - Rajpath, Parliament House, past the imposing India Gate - built by Edwin Lutyens to pay homage to the Indian soldiers who died in the World War I and the Afgan War, the President's house and which would end with a drive through the Diplomatic Enclave. Later enjoy Old Delhi Sightseeing which includes visit to Jama Masjid - the largest mosque in India, with a courtyard capable of holding 25,000 devotees and Raj Ghat - the memorial site where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated, one of the most visited sites in Delhi. It consists of a simple square black-marble platform that stands on the spot where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated. Overnight stay is in Delhi.

Day 03 : Delhi – Agra (200 Kms / 03 hrs)
After breakfast drive to the city of Taj, the city of seventh wonder on the earth - Agra. Arrive Agra and check-in to your pre-booked hotel. Later after some relaxation, visit the magnificent Taj Mahal - one of the seven wonders of the world which was constructed by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in 1630 for his Queen Mumtaz Mahal ; surely the most extravagant expression of love ever created. It is believed that about approximate 20,000 men was laboured round the clock for over 17 years to build this memorial to Shah Jahan's beloved wife. Also visit the Agra fort – 16th century Mughal monument stands on the banks of the River Yamuna and the construction was started by Emperor Akbar in 1566. This powerful fortress of red sandstone encompasses within its 2.5 kms north west of Taj Mahal. Later visit Itmad-ud-Daulah’s tomb which was built by Noor Jahan in the memory of her father. Evening is free to explore the Agra’s rich heritage of handicrafts in its local markets. Overnight stay is in Agra.

Day 04 : Agra – Jaipur (Via Fatehpur Sikri) (235 kms / 04 hrs)
Morning after breakfast continue your drive towards Jaipur - the fabled “pink city” of the desert developed in 1726 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, the former Maharaja of Jaipur. En route pay your visit to Fatehpur Sikri- one of the best preserved collections of Mughal architecture in India. A perfectly preserved red sandstone “ghost town”, built in 1569 and deserted when its water supply failed. Later continue your drive to Jaipur - the largest and the capital city of Rajasthan, is an epitome of magnificence and vibrancy. Jaipur is one of the major tourist attractions of India, founded by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II in the 18th century. Arrive Jaipur and transfer to your hotel. Evening is free at leisure to enjoy at local markets. Overnight stay is in Jaipur.

Day 05 : Jaipur Sightseeing
Morning after breakfast, head for the guided sightseeing tour which starts with the excursion to Amber Fort - a classic romantic Rajasthani fort palace, situated about 11 kms from Jaipur on the hill top. This massive fort was built with pale yellow and pink sandstone and white marble, construction of which was started by Man Singh I in the year 1592 and completed by descendent Jai Singh I. Explore the Amber fort with an elephant ride from the foot to the top of the hill like a king or queen. Later drive back to the city and visit City Palace - palace complex in Jaipur with a delightful blend of Mughal and traditional Rajasthani architecture. The palace houses many other attractions and buildings in it like Chandra Mahal and Mubarak Mahal and occupies over one-seventh of the area in the walled city of Jaipur. Next visit Jantar Mantar Observatory – a collection of outsized astronomical instruments which are still in use. Lastly visit Hawa Mahal - the ornamental facade of this "Palace of Winds" is a prominent landmark in Jaipur, built by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh in 1799 A.D. It is an erstwhile palace built of red and pink sandstone in the shape of five-storey structures with elaborated balconies. The Mahal was a royal grandstand for the palace women. Evening is free to enjoy a leisure walk at local markets of Jaipur. Overnight stay is in Jaipur.

Day 06 : Jaipur – Jodhpur (350 kms / 05 ½ hrs)
Today morning after having breakfast in hotel continue your drive towards Jodhpur – majestic city of Rajasthan, situated at the boundary of the great Thar Desert. On your arrival at Jodhpur check into your pre-booked hotel and after some relaxation enjoy the guided city sightseeing tour. Visit the majestic Mehrangarh Fort - situated on a low sandstone hill and built in 1459 A.D, it is the home of numerous painting, musical instruments, royal cradles costumes etc. Also visit Jaswant Thada – structure built with a white marble cenotaph in the memory of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II in 1899. Later after sightseeing drive back to hotel. Evening is free at leisure to enjoy a leisure walk at local markets. Overnight stay is in Jodhpur.

Day 07 : Jodhpur – Udaipur (Via Ranakpur) (275 kms / 05 hrs)
Today morning post breakfast head towards Udaipur - the most romantic city in India because of its charming lakes. Once the capital of Mewar, Udaipur was founded by Maharaja Udai Singh after the fall of Chittor to Akbar and also recognised as “City of Lakes”. Udaipur is a lovely land around the azure water lakes, hemmed in by the lush hills of the Aravalis. En route pay your visit to Jain temples of Ranakpur which is a famous tourist spot. On arrival at Udaipur, transfer to your pre-booked hotel for some relaxation. Rest of the day is free at leisure to enjoy a leisure walk at local markets. Later in evening enjoy a leisure boat ride on Lake Pichola which is one of the most important tourist destination of the city. Overnight stay is in Udaipur.

Day 08 : Udaipur Sightseeing
Morning after having lavish breakfast in hotel, enjoy the guided city sightseeing tour of Udaipur. Visit City Palace standing on the east bank of Lake Pichola, one of the largest palaces in the world which is located all along the eastern coast of Lake Pichola. The balconies of the palace provide panoramic views of the Lake Palace Hotel and Jag Mandir on one side, and the city of Udaipur on the other. Also it is ornamented very beautifully with the design grouping of Rajputana and Mughal structural. This palace was constructed by Maharaja Udai Singh and consist of many courtyards, balconies and towers which all contribute to make your visit to the City Palace a truly memorable experience. Also visit Fateh Sagar Lake, built in 1678 by Maharana Jai Singh and situated to the north of Lake Pichola. Thereafter, visit a picturesque garden, Sahelion ki Bari which is also known as the garden of royal ladies and also recognized as the backyard of Maidens built by the Maharana Sargam Singh in 18th century. Evening is free at leisure to enjoy the great view of lake and shopping at local markets. Overnight stay is in Udaipur.

Day 09 : Udaipur – Mumbai (By Flight)
Today morning post breakfast, transfer to Udaipur airport to board the flight towards Mumbai. On arrival at Mumbai, welcome journeys representative shall meet you and assist you. Mumbai is the commercial capital of India, and a fast paced, cosmopolitan city. Later after some relaxation head towards Elephanta caves sightseeing. The site is now listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, containing the beautiful sculptures, carvings and a temple to the Hindu God, Lord Shiva. Take a leisure boat ride to the peaceful island of Elephanta which is one of the impressive tourist spots in India. This island is located at a distance of 11 km from Mumbai and the caves here are mostly dedicated to Lord Shiva and a gigantic Trimurti or three faced Lord Shiva statue is one of the main highlighted statues here. Evening is free at leisure. Overnight stay is in Mumbai.

Day 10 : Mumbai Sightseeing
Today morning after having breakfast in hotel enjoy the city sightseeing tour. Visit the landmark of the city, Gateway of India which is the starting point for every tourist to explore Mumbai. It was built during the British rule in Mumbai to commemorate the visit of King George V and Queen Mary to India in 1911. Next visit Prince of Wales Museum which houses a priceless collection of art, sculpture, china and other antiques. It is a magnificent heritage building located in the heart of South Mumbai near the Gateway of India. It was founded in the early years of the 20th century by prominent citizens of Bombay to commemorate the visit of the Prince of Wales. Also visit Mani Bhawan - a small museum dedicated to the life and works of Mahatma Gandhi. It is a pretty, two-storied structure that showcases well-preserved memorabilia, including an old charkha or spinning wheel that Mahatma Gandhi used to use. Hanging Gardens on the slopes of Malabar Hills offering nice view of Marine Lines, Flora Mountain, Kamla Nehru Park from where you will get a wonderful view of Bombay city and the Arabian Sea, and then Dhobi Ghat - where you can see how Indian washer men  used to wash the clothes. Evening stroll around Marine Drive, which is also recognised by the name of Queen’s Necklace. It is a famous boulevard along the coastline which attracts loads of local and tourists to spend a leisurely time here. Overnight stay is in Mumbai.

Day 11 : Mumbai – Goa (By Flight)

Morning after breakfast on time transfer to airport to board the flight towards Goa. Goa is the smallest state in India but one of the most hip and happening places in India endowed with sun-kissed beaches, churches and its refreshing life style. It is the land of fun and frolic. Goa is famous for its attractive beaches, temples, architecture, feast and festivals and hospitable people with a rich culture. On arrival at Goa Airport, our company representative shall meet you and escort you to the hotel. Rest of the day is free at leisure to relax on the beach. Overnight stay is in Goa.

Day 12 : Goa

Today morning post breakfast our company guide will take you to a half day escorted tour of Goa.  Geographically Goa is not so vast. The main attractions of Goa are Miramar Beach, Basilica of Bom Jesus and the city of Panjim - bustling with shops and tourists. After completing your sightseeing tour of Goa, return back to hotel. Evening is free at leisure to relax on the beaches of Goa. Overnight stay is in Goa.

Day 14 : Goa – Cochin (By Flight)

Today morning on time Welcome Journeys representative shall meet you. Later you will be assisted to Goa airport to board the flight towards Cochin. Cochin, the city of ancient and modern charm has so much to offer and also referred as gateway to Kerala. Cochin is the breathtakingly, scenic and prosperous state of Kerala, hailed as 'God's Own Country'. It is best described as an inter-connected series of small islands which provide a unique cultural identity. On arrival at Cochin airport, our representative shall meet you and escort you to the hotel. Today your evening is free at leisure to explore the city on your own. Overnight stay is in Cochin.

Day 15 : Cochin – Munnar (150 kms / 3 ½ hrs)
Today morning after breakfast check-out from the hotel and enjoy the sightseeing tour of Cochin which includes visit to the Dutch Palace at Mattancherry, renowned for its wall murals depicting scenes from the Ramayana. Next visit Jewish Synagogue, locally called the Jew Town is the oldest synagogue in all the Commonwealth of Nations. Next visit St. Francis Church - built in the year 1503, by the Portuguese traders. The Santa Cruz Basilica, originally built in 1557 by the Portuguese. The Chinese fishing nets are huge cantilevered fishing nets believed to have brought to Kochi by Chinese traders. They are fixed land installations, which are used for a very unique and unusual method of fishing. Hill Palace Museum - a fully-fledged archeological museum and Kerala’s first ever Heritage Museum. Lastly visit the Willingdon Island, named after Lord Willingdon, is the headquarters of the Southern Naval Command of India. Later after sightseeing straight drive towards the tea estate of Munnar through the beautiful tea plantation. A picturesque hill station nestled on the verdant slopes of tea plantations. Munnar in South India offers breath taking views of the surrounding hills carpeted with tea plantations. Evening at leisure for your individual activities or unwind yourself in the beautiful landscape of Munnar.  Overnight stay is in Munnar.

Day 16 : Munnar
Today morning post breakfast enjoy hiking in the beautiful tea plantation of Munnar. Nestled in Western Ghats at an altitude of 6000 ft, Munnar is famous for tea gardens spread like a green carpet over hundreds of kilometres. Nallathanni Estate of Tata Tea here has a famous tea museum inside its complex. Also visit Mattupetty known for its dam and the beautiful lake, located about 13 km from Munnar at a height of 1700 m, and is a delight for nature lovers. Here the dam is the main source of power and built to conserve water for hydroelectricity. Later also visit the Kundala tea plantations and the Kundala Lake. The shimmering blue lake is the most photographed part of Kundala. Evening is free at leisure. Overnight stay is in Munnar.

Day 17 : Munnar – Kumarakom (150 kms / 04 hrs)
Morning after a relaxed breakfast, drive towards Kumarakom - one of the famous tourist attraction, blessed with unsurpassable naturally bounty. On arrival at Kumarakom, check-in to your hotel and relax. Later in afternoon visit Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary - located on the banks of picturesque Vembanad Lake. The main attractions are local birds like the waterfowl, cuckoo, egret, ducks, Siberian Crane and more. Evening we also visit fresh toddy (local brew) and enjoy fresh sea food. Overnight stay is in Kumarakom.

Day 18 : Kumarakom – Alleppey (Houseboat)
Morning after having lavish breakfast in hotel, embark yourbackwater houseboat. Kerala backwaters are a vital waterway for the transport of goods, people and their produce, and are often the only link between isolated villages and crowded towns. Today your houseboat will cruise through tropical countryside amidst tranquilizing backwaters and palm trees. These houseboats are also recognised by the name of ‘Kettuvalloms’ in Kerala. The crew and chef will be at your disposal and will look after all your requirements. Experience the true character of Kerala and relish your lunch on banana leaf in a traditional and healthy way. Day 19 : Alleppey – Cochin (70 kms / 01 ½ hrs) Cochin – Delhi (By Flight)
Morning after having breakfast in houseboat, disembark the houseboat from Alleppey and straight drive towards Cochin. On arrival at Cochin transfer to airport to board the flight towards Delhi. On arrival at Delhi airport our representative shall meet you and assist you to the hotel. Today your evening is free at leisure for last time shopping. Overnight stay is in Delhi.

Day 20 : Delhi Depart

Today morning on time transfer to Delhi International airport to board the flight back home.
