Day 01 : Arrive Chennai
Today on your arrival at Chennai international airport our company representative shall meet you and handover all  your travel document. Later he will escort you to the hotel with the check-in formalities. Chennai - formerly known as Madras, the fourth largest city in India. Whether it is shopping, sightseeing, dining, or experiencing the rich culture of South India, the city has a lot to offer to visitors. Evening is free at leisure to explore the unending beauty of the city. Overnight stay is in Chennai.

Day 02 : Chennai sightseeing
Today morning after breakfast proceed for guided city sightseeing tour. Visit Gandhi Mandapam  which is a series of memorial structures. The most prominent of the structures is, however, the Gandhi Mandapam which is dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi. It is built in a temple style and is the largest of the memorials in the complex. Kapaleeswarar Temple which is among the most popular temples in the city. They have several daily rituals which you can witness there. St.Thomas Church which was built in 1523 by the Portuguese in honour of St. Thomas, who died in Chennai. Also visit the historic Fort St. George - the first fortress of British power in India. Later drive past the Marina Beach, the natural sandy beauty and spacious promenade and beautiful gardens of the beach attracts tourists visiting Chennai. Evening is free at leisure. Overnight stay is in Chennai.

Day 03 : Chennai – Excursion to Tirupati (137 kms / 03 hrs one side)

Today morning after having breakfast in hotel, enjoy full day excursion to Tirupati, known for the famous ancient temples. The major attractions are Lord Venkateswara temple which is located on the seventh peak of the Tirupati Hills. It is a masterpiece of Dravidian architecture and dates back to the 12th-century. Lord Kapileswaraswami Temple - the only temple dedicated to Lord Siva which is situated 3 km to the north of Tirupati at the bottoms of the Tirumala Hill. The temple has an attractive setting with a sacred waterfall called Alwar Teertham  or Kapila Teertham. Later in evening after sightseeing drive back to Chennai. Overnight stay is in Chennai.

Day 04 : Chennai - Mahabalipuram (Via Kanchipuram) (60 kms / 1 ½ hrs)
Morning after having breakfast drive to one of the oldest towns in India, Kanchipuram - one of the seven sacred cities of India and is only one associated city with both Shiva and Vishnu temples. Kancipuram is also recognized as the “Golden city of a thousand temples”. On arrival at Kanchipuram visit Kamakshi Temple, Ekambareshwar Temple, Kailashnath Temple and Vaikunthaperumal Temple. All these temples are built in the 7th and 8th centuries. Later after sightseeing continue your drive towards Mahabalipuram, situated on the shore of the Bay of Bengal and was already a famous seaport in the 1st century AD. On arrival at Mahabalipuram visit the seven pagoda - style Shore temples lashed by the waves of the sea and the temple chariots. These temples are the earliest known examples of Dravidian architecture and a group of monolithic monuments & animal figures carved out of solid rock. Later after sightseeing drive back to hotel. Overnight stay is in Mahabalipuram.

Day 05 : Mahabalipuram - Tiruvannamalai (115 kms / 03 hrs) Tiruvannamalai - Pondicherry (130 kms / 03 ½  hrs)
Today morning have your breakfast in hotel. Later drive towards Tiruvannamalai (called Trinomali during British times) is a Pilgrimage Centre with an ancient temple of Lord Shiv. Later proceed towards Pondicherry, formerly known as “Puducherry” is a quiet little town on the southern coast which carries a strong whiff of the French presence in India. This erstwhile French colony on the east coast of South India merged with the rest of the country in 1954. Overnight stay is in Pondicherry

Day 06 : Pondicherry sightseeing

Today have your breakfast in hotel. Later drive towards Aurobindo Ashram, the city of dawn, which is 10 kms far from Pondicherry. The ashram was established by Sri Aurobindo on 24 November in 1926 promoting his ideas in bringing about a synthesis of Yoga and modern science, so as to unite the spirit and matter. Later in afternoon also visit Auroville - a unique experiment in international living and in creating a new environment where men and women of all nationalities live together in harmony. Overnights stay is in Pondicherry.

Day 07 : Pondicherry - Tanjore (Via Chidambaram) (180 kms / 04 hrs)
Today morning after having breakfast in hotel continue your drive towards Tanjore. En route pay your visit to Chidambaram also called as Thillai, which has the famous Nataraj temple with the root of the sanctum-sanctorum covered with golden plates is located in the center of the town covering an area of 40 acres. It is a depiction of the Lord Shiva as the cosmic dancer who performs his divine dance to destroy a weary universe and make preparations for Lord Brahma to start the process of creation. Later continue your drive towards Tanjore. On arrival at Tanjore, transfer to your hotel. Tanjore, once the capital of Chola Kings, has the famous Brahadeeshwarar Temple. The temple tower rises to a height of 15mts from a square base of 29 mts and then tapers off, making a total of 66mts. Overnight stay is in Tanjore.

Day 08 : Tanjore - Trichy (60 kms / 01 ½ hrs)
Morning after breakfast drive towards Trichy formerly known as Tiruchirappalli, situated on the banks of Kaveri River is a blend of history and tradition as well as pilgrim centre and famous for Ranganath temple at Srirangam. On arrival at Trichy, transfer to your hotel. Later after some relaxation proceed for city tour visiting Rock fort and its temples at a height of over 23mts. Later also visit Jambukeshwar Temple which is a famous temple devoted to Lord Shiva. The temple was built by Kocengannan, one of the early Cholas, around 1,800 years ago  and Sri Rangam Ranga Nathar Temple. This temple dates back to the 14th century, devoted to Lord Vishnu. Overnight stay is in Trichy.

Day 09 : Trichy - Madurai (130 kms / 03 hrs)

Today morning have your breakfast in hotel. Later continue your drive towards Madurai, is the second largest city of Tamil Nadu. The city is planned in the shape of a lotus and situated on the banks of the Vaigai River, Madurai is the ancient capital of the Pandya Kings. On arrival at Madurai transfer to your hotel. Later in afternoon proceed for the city sightseeing tour. Visit Meenakshi temple, dedicated to Goddess Meenakshi is one of the largest of its kind in India and undoubtedly one of the oldest too. King Thirumalai Palace, constructed in 1523 is an Indo-Saracenic palace which was originally four times larger than its present size. Great tank and Gandhi museum, dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi and also highlights the Freedom Struggle. Overnight stay is in Madurai.

Day 10 : Madurai – Excursion to Rameshwaram (170 kms / 03 hrs - one side)
Today morning have your breakfast in hotel. Later enjoy an excursion tour to Rameshwaram - the most sacred temple town of India is an island hallowed by the epic Ramayana, where Lord Rama is said to have visited beforegoing into battle of Sri Lanka. According to Indian mythology this is the place where Lord Rama built a bridge across the sea to rescue his consort Sita, from her abductor Ravana. Later in evening drive back to Madurai. Overnight stay is in Madurai.

Day 11 : Madurai - Kanyakumari (242 kms / 04 hrs)
Today morning have your breakfast in hotel. Later continueyour drive towards Kanyakumari - is the land's end of India where the water of the Arabian sea, Bay of Bengal and Indian ocean meet. An important pilgrimage centre of India, famous for Amman temple, a symbol of unity and sanctity which is dedicated to Goddess Kanyakumari. To its South East lies the famous Vivekananda Rock Memorial, a blend of all the architectural styles of India. On arrival at Kanyakumari, transfer to your hotel. Evening is at leisure to enjoy the unending beauty of the city. Overnight stay is in kanyakumari.

Day 12 : Kanyakumari - Trivandrum (100 kms / 02 hrs)

Today enjoy early morning view of the beautiful sunrise in Kanyakumari. Later after breakfast visit Suchindram is a temple town situated in the southern most district of Kanyakumari. Suchindram temple is unique in the whole of India in that it is dedicated to three different deities represented by one image in the sanctum. The temple is rich in sculpture and architecture and a visitor to this temple is amply rewarded with the sight of such exquisite art of hundreds of years old. Thereafter continue your drive to Trivandrum, en route also visit Padmanabhapuram Palace, located at the foot of the Veli Hills, which form a part of the Western Ghats. The palace was constructed around 1601 AD by Iravi Varma Kulasekhara Perumal who ruled there between 1592 and 1609. Later after sightseeing continue your drive towards Trivandrum. The capital city of the Indian state of Kerala, located on the west coast of India near the extreme south of the mainland. Evening is free at leisure to explore the city on your own. Overnight stay is in Trivandrum.

Day 13 : Trivandrum Departure

Today morning on time transfer to Trivandrum airport to board the flight back home or onward journey.
